OUR BRIEF

Evolving Care were previously on a direct deal with EE and were still in contract, but not experiencing the level of support that they needed. The nature of the care industry is that the business revolves around field workers that rely heavily on their mobile phones, and with their pledge to encourage everyone in the Evolving Care family to live by the principles of honesty, reliability, diligence and transparency, a reliable, robust communications platform is key! Home care workers must be responsive and be able to easily manage staff rosters, client schedules, invoicing and time sheets on the move.

OUR SOLUTION

As a completely independent business solutions provider, we have commercial agreements with all three of the UK’s leading mobile networks, so we were able to compare all available tariffs to find a better deal for all the connections for over 300 staff on the Vodafone network. The deal allowed for a healthy hardware fund for Evolving Care to draw down on when they need to upgrade specific handsets. With a choice of multiple brands and models, devices can be ordered to match individual needs. Evolving Care have a dedicated account manager to handle day to day support and service requests without having to speak directly to the network.
